The inaugural ceremony of Alphics 2025- Annual Sports Meet commenced with esteemed dignitaries and Chief Guests very.Rev.Fr.Jose Muttathupadam, Manager,Vicar general diocese of thuckalay. Our Special Guest Mr.G.Rajesh,national kabaddi player.declaring the Alphics open. The first day was marked by the flag hoisting ceremony, followed by demonstrations of traditional arts like sillambam, Dance and various martial arts. Numerous competitions like kabaddi, handball, and Kho-Kho, were held, alongside pre-organized events such us throwball, volleyball, cricket, badminton,and chess for both students and staff. Scores from these events were added into the finals. On the second day, athletes showcased shot put, long jump, discus throw, javelin, and relays. Teams, namely Avengers,Challengers,Soldiers,and Warriors showed their active participation. The Valediction ceremony, graced by Very Rev. Fr. Thomas Poovathumoottil,Secretary and Correspondent as the Chief Guest, took place at 1:00 pm. Dignitaries with our Fr Correspondent, distributed prizes to the winners. The overall trophy was won by the Soldiers, Challengers securing runner-up position, and Avengers as the second runner-up.and Warriors securing third runner-up. Valediction address given by our Principal Rev Dr.Angelo Joseph SDB .The event concluded with Rev.Fr.Thomas Poovathumoottil declaration of the Alphics 2025 close.
