Intercollegiate Women's Kho Kho Tournament

MSU Intercollegiate Women's Kho Kho Tournament was organized by our college this year from 10th & 11th of December 2025. The mega tournament, featuring 28 teams from four districts—Tuticorin, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli, and Kanyakumari—was an incredible experience, showcasing top-notch talent and sportsmanship. Our Correspondent and Secretary, Very Rev. Fr. Thomas Povathumoottil; Principal, Rev. Dr. Angelo Joseph , SDB; Co Correspondent , Rev. Fr. Ajin Jose; and Vice Principal, Dr. R. Sivanesan, graced the occasion with their presence and motivated the teams. Officials and coaches from the University and various colleges officiated the matches effectively. St Alphonsa College, Karinkal secured 1st place, followed by APC Mahalaxmi College,Tuticorin in 2nd place, Rani Anna College, Tirunelveli in 3rd place, and Sree Parasakthi College, Courtallam in 4th place.

The winners were honored during the valedictory ceremony by Dr. S. Arumugam, Director and Head of the Centre for Physical Education, MSU, along with other dignitaries. The Department of Physical Education is grateful to the management and staff for their unwavering support.
